CANCELLATION POLICY
– Customers will receive a full refund if reservations are canceled 24 hours prior to the reservation.
– Customers may also receive a full refund in case of cancellation due to severe weather or other unforeseen circumstances as determined by Paddle The River Management (BRA/MRA/CVA). If only rain is in the forecast we will try to still operate.
– Cancellations within 24 hours of reservation will be able to receive a gift card to use at another date in the future (no expiration date). CANCELLATION MUST BE DONE 3 HOURS PRIOR OF TRIP TO GET A GIFT CARD.
– No-shows without a call 3 HOURS prior to a reservation will be charged the full price.

Contact us by phone at (330) 969-BOAT to cancel or inquire about a cancellation. No-shows will be charged the full price. Same day cancellation will not receive a refund.
