River Operations Crew
Responsibilities:
Be an Outdoor Leader – Help guests safely launch and return from their paddling adventures.
Hands-On Adventure – Load, unload, and transport kayaks and rafts from storage & trailers to launch sites.
Drive & Explore – Operate shuttle vehicles with attached trailers, safely transporting guests.
Guide & Educate – Provide engaging safety briefings and basic paddling instructions before guests hit the water.
Gear Up Guests – Assist with fitting participants for PFDs, kayaks/rafts, and paddles as needed.
Keep It Fun & Safe – Ensure the safety of all participants and enforce company policies.
Lead Group Trips (Optional) – Gain leadership experience by guiding group paddling excursions.
Maintain Equipment – Clean and inspect kayaks, rafts, paddles, PFDs, trailers, and vehicles.
Be a Brand Ambassador – Answer questions, assist with marketing materials, and promote upcoming events.
Work with a Team – Maintain a clean and professional work environment while enjoying the outdoors.
Requirements:
Driving & Trailer Skills – Ability to drive a vehicle with an attached trailer (no experience with pulling a trailer? No worries! We will provide hands-on training!).
Physical Strength & Stamina – Able to lift at least 50 lbs. (kayaks) and up to 80+ lbs. (tandems/rafts).
Love the Outdoors – Willingness to work outside in all weather conditions (sunshine, clouds or rain).
Flexible Schedule – Available for early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Great Communicator – Confidently interact with guests of all experience levels.
Paddling Experience Preferred – Familiarity with kayaking or canoeing helps in effectively communicating river conditions, safety guidelines, and trip details to customers. If you’re new to paddling, we’ll provide training!
Leadership & Group Management – Experience leading groups is a plus (great for future guides, coaches, or teachers!).
Growth Opportunities – Willingness to obtain outdoor safety certifications (a plus for future careers in outdoor recreation!).
River Experience Crew
Responsibilities:
Be the First Point of Contact – Answer phone calls, respond to guest inquiries, and help guests with booking their river adventure.
Manage Reservations – Enter guests details into the booking system and ensure all paperwork is completed correctly.
Handle Payments with Confidence – Process cash and credit card transactions efficiently.
Keep Guests Informed & Safe – Clearly explain policies, procedures, and safety guidelines to all guests.
Promote the Adventure – Assist in distributing marketing materials and sharing upcoming events with guests.
Create a Positive Experience – Maintain a clean and welcoming work environment while keeping a professional and friendly attitude.
Ensure Safety & Fun – Help oversee guests safety and support a smooth paddling experience.
Requirements:
Outdoor Enthusiast – Comfortable working outside in various weather conditions (sunshine, clouds or rain).
Strong Communicator – Able to clearly and confidently interact with guests of all backgrounds and teammates.
Customer Service Mindset – Friendly, patient, and ready to help guests have an unforgettable experience.
Attention to Detail – Accurately enter bookings, process payments, and ensure paperwork is completed properly.
Paddling Experience Preferred – Familiarity with kayaking or canoeing helps in effectively communicating river conditions, safety guidelines, and trip details to customers. If you’re new to paddling, we’ll provide training!

River Crew
Responsibilities:
Be a Key Part of the Adventure – Assist guests with launching and landing their kayaks/rafts.
Hands-On Work – Load and unload kayaks and rafts from storage & trailers.
Trailer & Vehicle Setup – Help connect and disconnect trailers safely. (Training provided!)
Move & Prep Gear – Carry kayaks/rafts in various areas.
Maintain Equipment – Keep kayaks, rafts, PFDs, and paddles clean and in great shape.
Teach the Basics – Give clear, simple instructions on paddling and safety as guests get in or out of the water.
Gear Up Guests – Assist with fitting participants for PFDs, kayaks/rafts, and paddles as needed.
Ensure Safety & Fun – Help enforce rules and make sure everyone has a great, safe experience.
