Membership FAQs

  • After you purchase your membership you will receive a confirmation email with you member ID. You must use your member ID during your reservation to receive your benefits.

  • Each membership has different restrictions for use of each member benefit. Please read over the description on each. If you have further questions please reach out via phone/text at 330-969-2628

  • To receive the daily member discount benefits for friends/family the reservation of these rentals must be completed through your member ID to get the discount. We can do split payment options, but this will require for the member to call to complete the reservation over the phone.

  • Membership benefits not used by the end of season will be forfeited.

  • All sales are final. No refunds offered on Memberships.
