KAYAKING & YOGADVENTURE
Come out and relax with a combo of Yoga and Kayaking!
Yoga instructions will be lead by Lisa Meranti.
Trip Details
We will enjoy some yoga prior to departing to enjoy the beautiful scenery during our paddle on the River. There will be a chance to learn about and reflect on the the history of the river while we paddle. Following the ending of our paddle we will then conclude our adventure with some more yoga at the park!
**A minimum of 7 participants will be required for this event to occur. If the minimum number of participants is not reached this event may be rescheduled or refunded.**
